What is an emergency callout?
We operate normal hours of business Monday – Friday, 9-5pm. Anything outside of these hours will fall into our ‘Emergency’ category. This means we aren’t able to provide standard plumbing and gas services and maintenance outside our normal hours. We will, however willingly come and resolve an ‘Emergency’ situation at any time.

Please understand that Emergency Callouts are charged at a higher rate than our normal plumbing services as they are outside of normal operating hours.

When you make the initial phone call, we do our best to find the best solution for you.
Sometimes we may just suggest to turn your water mains off for the night to stop the leak and water damage, and then we will try and get to you ASAP in our normal working hours to help save you money. Also, If something may need repairing, we may not hold all the items required to fix the problem which we can explain over the phone. We are very aware that not all companies give this advice and will attend callout jobs knowing they won’t be able to resolve your problem and then charge excessive amounts for the callout.
We do not sting people with outrageous call out fees, and we want to resolve your problem quickly, efficiently and in the most cost-effective way.
